International Shipping
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Bulgaria. All orders are processed on business days from Monday to Friday.
Handling and shipping times start after your payment is successfully completed.
Personalised products have a production time of approximately 7–14 business days, depending on complexity and order volume, after which the standard international shipping times listed below apply.

Shipping within the European Union
Logistics partner
For all EU countries we work with EUshipment. They hand over parcels to local courier companies in each country (such as DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNL, Omniva, CTT, ColisPrive, PostNord and others), so your order is delivered by a familiar local carrier. All parcels are shipped with tracking.
Delivery time within the EU
• Most EU countries: approximately 3 to 10 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas and islands: delivery may take a few extra days
The exact transit time depends on the destination country and the local courier network.
Shipping price within the EU
• Flat rate of 6.49 EUR per order, regardless of the number of items
Free EU shipping
• Orders over 100 EUR are shipped free of charge within the European Union

Shipping outside the European Union
Logistics partner
For countries outside the European Union we ship via Direx S.A., an international e-commerce and logistics company. Direx works with leading global couriers and national postal operators such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, GLS, Aramex, as well as local partners like USPS, Royal Mail, China Post, Speedy (BG) and other national posts worldwide. All parcels are shipped with tracking.
Shipping price outside the EU
• Flat rate of 9.99 EUR per order
Free worldwide shipping (non-EU)
• Orders over 100 EUR are shipped free of charge to non-EU countries
Estimated delivery times by region
- United Kingdom: 5 to 9 working days
• Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Monaco: 5 to 9 working days
• USA and Canada: 6 to 15 working days
• Australia: 8 to 25 working days
• All other countries worldwide: 10 to 30 working days
For deliveries to islands the transport may take an additional 1 to 3 business days.
Please note that these time frames are estimates. Delays are possible during peak seasons, public holidays or due to local customs procedures.
Duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs authorities may charge import duties, VAT or other fees.
These charges are determined by the legislation of the destination country and are paid by the recipient.
